Helen moves into the role having been Underwriting Director for Ki’s Casualty Division since the formation of Ki in 2020. Helen joined Ki in October 2020, ahead of launch, and has played a critical role in building out Ki’s Casualty Division and broader underwriting function. Helen previously held underwriting roles at Brit, Liberty Specialty Insurance Markets and RMS.

Helen will report into Mark Allan, CEO of Ki, and joins Ki’s Executive Committee in her new role effective March 2026.
